I've found over the last year or so that whenever I'm feeling blah, if I drink a big bottle of gatoraid I start to feel better. I think it just has the right kind of stuff in it. Probably something with the amount of sugar and salt and electrolites in it. It's just the first thing that I go to grab when I'm feeling blah. Usually I'm getting dehydrated or have a migraine or headache coming on and it seems to help. It does more for me than trying to drink a soda to get some caffeine in me.

Your right! The reason you feel better when you drink it is because it has all the good stuff in it. I want to warn everyone that my dentist made my kids stop drinking it because of the stuff breaking down the enamel on my kids teeth. They were drinking at lacrosse games and drinking it like water. It was beginning to cause cavities. Once they stopped drinking it the cavities stopped. Now they play on turf so they can only have water on those fields anyway. But the dentist did say that if they were going to keep drinking it, they needed to use a straw to bypass the teeth. Keep up the fluids.....Nurse Stephanie

hope you feel better. It must have been that mad quilting marathon you have been on lately. I feel positively inept after seeing all that you accomplish. I had at least hoped that you didn't have an outside the home job...but then I found you do. When do you sleep? How do you do it all? LOL joanna

Hey :0) Hope that migraine is gone! Just read up on your blog and see your having quite a time with it. FYI I am caffine sensitive. Can't drink coffee or pop; four M&M's can trigger a migraine two days after I eat them. There are others in my family and I belive my sister-in-law is also sensitive. Good luck with that. I hope you fell better. Went to Harry Potter movie last night, it was good considering how thick the book was :0) Didn't J.K. do a fantastic job with the last book?!? Have a great night :0)
