Mom and I spent the Superbowl Sewing. We've done that for the last I don't know how many years.
We started out with making the pillow case kits we had bought the day before. A nice, quick project. My mom's..not sure what happened there but it took her quite a long time.
Then I continued cutting and then started the sewing of my Eclipse quilt. I'm using a Chutes and Ladders Jelly Roll. It appears Blue Underground doesn't have a working picture on their website so click HERE to see the blocks I made in the Fall in this same pattern.
These really don't look like anything quite yet. I'm halfway through sewing little sections together.

Smile...Holly is one smart puppy...go Holly go!
Great pillowcase. I can hear my pillow calling out for a better case -but since I am about to crash out on it in my codeine cough medicine induced stupor, sewing a new one will have to wait for another day.
CAn't wait to see the finished product. Those fabrics are soooo cool.
Happy Birthday, Mike, and I LOVE th pillowcase!
I love the fabric you are using for your next quilt...or should I say one of your next QUILTS?! I get tired just reading your blog. You are like the Energizer bunny. You just keep going and going and going!
