2000 - We got engaged
I decided since I got a ring, I should make Mike a quilt for his bed. Oh wait, that would mean he has three quilts and he's the man who said a quilt is a once in a lifetime type thing.

Nice quilt! I love that pattern...and blues! I shop like that too. I know what I want and don't like to shop so for me it's an get in and get out thing. Wish we could all come help you with the move. Wouldn't that be fun? We'd get nothing done though....

Love the two-color scrappy quilt scheme!! Sometimes picking fabric is like that for me too--ya just know what your heart wants for that particular quilt! This great quilt just goes to show you that following your gut can really pay off!! Nice!!
Beautiful quilt! At least when you give a quilt to someone in your own household, you get to "keep" it, too! That is unless you have my son around - every quilt is HIS...
Not so amazed that you picked out the fabrics that fast -but that they got them cut for you that fast! LOL!

I'm amazed they got them cut for you that quickly! I'm shocked Mike could have more than one quilt though! It's a beauty!~
I was totally in awe when she actually picked them out so quickly and we were out of the store before 9.
