2006 - And yet MORE baby quilts

Only, I stopped taking pictures! I only have a picture of this green and yellow one. I made an additional two quilts that were yellow and lavendar leftover from the log cabin extravaganza. These are ragged edged 'Devil's Puzzle' quilts. This particular one is for Aiden.

Goodness! How many more of these blasted quilts are we gonna have to see?? Where's the new stuff? Where's the stories about Mike being a pain abut unpacking or griping about how he moved EVERYTHING since you had salmonella???

Love the quilt!! You could have your very own quilt show it you collected all that you had given away.

So did you have a husband when you were this prolific or did he just come out to go to work??? Did he ever see you?

The quilt is cute as a button, but I guess I'm superstitious--don't know that I'd ever give a baby quilt with the word 'devil' in the block/pattern name! Might end up helping to create a wild child!

I enjoy this pattern very much... reminds me of a drunkard's path variation (though I wouldn't admit that to the baby's parents ha ha). it's bad enough that it's "devil's puzzle". anywho... I do really like that pattern as I've been looking around for some drunkard path blocks for a quilt I want to do (in my college colors... I'm calling it "uconn spring weekend" ha ha get it - drunkard's path?! I guess you need to be from ct...). so... where'd you pick up the book/pattern - inquiring minds want to know! :) and for the record, while I do want to see some NEW material, too, I very much enjoy seeing your earlier stuff. kind of puts some perspective on how you, and all of us, grow as quilters... fabric choices, pattern selection, piecing accuracy. it's kind of cool to take a trip down memory lane to see how far you've come! :)
