Hexi Flowers

These little flowers are becoming addictive!!! I just love them! I really should decide what I'm going to make out of these so that I can formulate a plan.

When I was at Quilt Expo over the weekend I picked up these two little pins from Quilted in Clay. They are just awesome! They are maybe about an inch each. I just can't get over the detail in them.

How about a tablerunner or how big are they? I can see putting flowers on top of it as a tabletopper too. The pins are really cool. I love quilty accessories.

Jen, for this kind of piecing i would go for full bed size quilts. I've actually planned to use light yellow for the center of the flowers and maybe light green/blue/gray for the 'sashing'. Since I planned to make it scrappy looking, it will be a long way off since I just started quilting again late last year.

if you look up how those polymer clay pins are made... you'll be even more stunned at their amazingness! I have a polymer clay ornament of a cow holding a quilt... but I can't find the link to the store. if I do, I'll let you know... they're ubercute!
