Your block will finish to 6”. This means that it will physically measure 6-1/2” X 6-1/2” before it is sewn to other blocks.

Cutting Instructions & Piecing Locations for 6” Paper Pieced Block:

(4) 1-1/2” Squares – Light Blue – A1, A13, B3, B13
(2) 2-1/4” Squares – Light Blue, sub-cut clip_image006 into 4 pieces – A7, B7, C3, D3
(4) 2-3/4” Squares – Light Blue, sub-cut clip_image008 into 16 pieces – A3, A5, A9, A11, B1, B5, B9, B11, C1, C5, C7, C10, D1, D5, D7, D10
(6) 2-3/4” Squares – Dark Blue, sub-cut clip_image008[1] into 24 pieces – A2, A4, A6, A8, A10, A12, B2, B4, B6, B8, B10, B12, C2, C4, C6, C8, C9, C11, D2, D4, D6, D8, D9, D11
(2) 2-1/4” Squares – Yellow, sub-cut clip_image006[1] into 4 pieces – E4, F3, F5, G3
(1) 2-3/4” Square – Yellow, sub-cut clip_image008[2] into 4 pieces – E2, F1, G1, H2
(1) 2-3/4” Square – Green, sub-cut clip_image008[3] into 4 pieces – E3, F2, H1, G2
(5) 2-1/4” Squares – Red – E1, E5, F4, G4, G5
(2) 3-1/2” Squares – White, sub-cut clip_image006[2] into 4 pieces – E6, G6 – 2 remaining are pieced

**You will want to Download the file and then print the .pdf file.  When you print, make sure that scaling is turned off enabling the document to print at 100%.  Take a moment to measure.  The Solid Line along the bottom edge of section E should measure 3".  If you print directly from the Google Docs screen you might come out with a slightly smaller sized block.**
