Block #46 – Grandpa’s Delight – Green County

Your block will finish to 6”. This means that it will physically measure 6-1/2” X 6-1/2” before it is sewn to other blocks.

Cutting Instructions & Piecing Locations for 6” Paper Pieced Block:

(2) 1-3/4” X 2-3/4” Rectangles, White – C3, D6

(4) 2” Squares, White – E1, E7, F1, F7

(2) 2-1/2” Squares, White, sub-cut clip_image006 into 4 pieces - A4, B6, C5, D4

(10) 2-1/2” Squares, Blue, sub-cut clip_image006[1] into 20 pieces – A1, A3, A5, A7, A9, B1, B3, B4, B5, B9, C2, C7, D2, D7, E2, E4, E6, F2, F4, F6

(2) 1-3/4” X 2-3/4” Rectangles, Brown – C6, D3

(2) 2-1/2” Squares, Brown, sub-cut clip_image006[2] into 4 pieces – A6, B4, C4, D5

(8) 1-3/4” X 2-3/4” Rectangles, Green – A2, A8, B2, B8, E3, E5, F3, F5

(2) 2-1/2” Squares, Green, sub-cut clip_image006[3] into 4 pieces - C1, C8, D1, D8

**You will want to Download the file and then print the .pdf file.  When you print, make sure that scaling is turned off enabling the document to print at 100%.  Take a moment to measure.  The Solid Line along the bottom edge of section F should measure 3".  If you print directly from the Google Docs screen you might come out with a slightly smaller sized block.**

I love your barn block series..but I miss YOU! Have you found your quilting mojo? Let me know where you found it..mine gets lost sometimes too....

This is a BEAUTIFUL block and was neat and fun to make! I can think of so many more color schemes that it would also look nice in will try more when get all my other started done. Thanks again for another GREAT one.
