My best friend lost her battle with cancer.  Yesterday Mike and I took a Fire Hydrant to vet.  It can be there in her honor for all dogs to love.

I miss her more and more every day.

It was storming when we were on our way home from the vet on the 26th, but a friend of ours unknowingly took a picture of a rainbow.  I’m confident she was running across it.

What a wonderful way to remember Holly! Though I never met her, I know how incredibly special she was to you. I was thinking of you guys when I got fabric this weekend. :)

I'm so sorry for your loss! That's a great photo of Holly! I pray the happy memories you shared will give you some comfort as time eases some of the grief.

Jen, so,so sorry for your loss, Holly is looking down on you and mike now. No more pain(if she was in any). She is up in dog heaven having a ball, I am sure of that.:) I know how it is to lose a loved one(animal, human). God bless you and mike.

I am so sorry for your loss. Holly looks like a real sweetie and the fire hydrant is a really cute rememberance. You will see it every time you drive by and think lovingly of Holly.

We have a 16 year old Jack Russell and I worry about her every day. We have decided we will have her creamated and spread her ashes in a park she used to love to run and play in.

It is so hard to lose our loving friends. They have such an unconditional love.

Jen -

I lost both my doggie girls within three weeks of each other last August. I still cry over them. Holly was very loved and you gave her such a good home. What a lucky dog she was, although we are the lucky ones to have such loving pets, aren't we?

I now have my Sam and my Oliver to love. While they can never replace little Gracie and Lucy Lou they bless my life every day.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I know how difficult it is to say good by to such a faithful friend. I hope you are able to open your heart to another furry friend. You will be in my thoughts.

Take care.
